Throughout my work experience in various careers, I became passionate about understanding what can be done to help the organization and improve the quality of life for employees, ultimately positively impacting the organization itself. It is why I am working to complete my graduate studies in Organization Development and Change.

I have completed a majority of the coursework in my graduate studies at Pennsylvania State University in Organization Development and Change. Courses which I have completed related to organization development include: Foundations of Organization Development and Change, Process Consultation, Assessing Data for Organizational Diagnosis, Facilitating Groups and Teams, Project Management for Professionals, and Appreciative Inquiry.

With a majority of my workforce experience being in science, this blog serves three purposes. First, it serves to introduce and familiarize others with the importance of organization development and how it can benefit companies they are a part of. Second, to provide others with evidence-based information from credible sources regarding organization development. Lastly, I hope to use this blog to convince organizations of my competence related to organization development.

Please use this website as a resource to learn about organization development (OD), advocate for organization development within your organizations, and provide ideas to your organization so they can improve. Please also be mindful that information that any information from academic sources provides a snapshot of what resources have demonstrated. I encourage you to take the time to be curious-minded and further explore what relationships data supports for your own needs.

I have provided my LinkedIn profile and contact information on this blog, and I look forward to connecting with like-minded individuals looking to cultivate change within their organizations. Feel free to reach out to me regarding any questions.
